We at Farmrooter are committed to deliver pure & fresh! It is only during the harvest season we pluck, pack & dispatch the boxes to our customers. The harvest season for most of the fruits come once a year, like in case of Apple the harvest season starts from end of september & closes at end of October. However you are notified & updated before hand as to when will your package will be delivered & incase you are unavailable provision are available to deliver on a next scheduled date.

It is true that it is only after 2.5years that the tree starts bearing fruits but Farmrooter package is designed in such a way that your initial 3years do not get wasted & you enjoy fresh yield right from the first year itself!. This is made possible as a fully grown tree bears more than 20kgs of fruit and the yield of each customer is capped at 20kgs/year the excess yield produced is shared among the package holders (like you) who’s trees have still not become fruit bearing!

Even though in the initial years of your tree growth, your tree does not bear fruits but you still continue to enjoy delivery of 20kg yield, This yield is from a tree that is already producing over 20kg yield & is in the Farmrooter’s network. Likewise when your tree starts producing over 20kgs yield you also share your excess yield (over 20kgs) & offer your yield to someone who’s tree is still growing & does not bear fruits!

Yes, As long as you have a valid Farmrooter package, Farmrooter offers doorstep delivery for the fresh harvest each year without any charge.

Each tree that we plant is marked with the owners name & has a unique GPS Coordinate that we give to each of our customer, we also share photos & passes to visit the Farm that actually has your tree planted. Any of our package holder can visit the farm & can see the actual tree on ground further during the season the customer are also given an option to pluck the fruit themselves!

We have tied up with the most reputed logistic companies to deliver the the package to your door step, we take uttermost care while dispatching the yield, still incase you receive the fruits damaged you can talk to our support team & we would be happy to offer you 100% replacement without any cost!

Each package comes with an insurance guarantee that ensures you receive your 20kg quota of yield each year even incase tree gets damaged or does not bear fruits. The Insurance covers all aspects other than Act of God.
